Software Engineer — Full Stack

About the role
Help build and evolve the AceTheOffer platform across frontend, backend and product experiences. You will work on features that help candidates improve their resumes, prepare for interviews and navigate their job search.
What you'll work on
- Build production features using the existing ATOFF technology stack.
- Develop responsive, high-quality web experiences.
- Work across frontend and backend functionality.
- Integrate AI-powered product capabilities.
- Build APIs and product workflows.
- Improve reliability, performance and usability.
- Work closely with product/design to turn ideas into customer-facing features.
- Debug and improve existing functionality.
- Help shape engineering practices as the product grows.
What we're looking for
- Strong TypeScript / JavaScript fundamentals.
- Experience with React and/or Next.js.
- Experience building production web applications.
- Understanding of APIs and backend development.
- Good database fundamentals.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Help build the AI layer behind AceTheOffer’s career and interview experiences. You’ll work across AI workflows and product engineering to turn LLM capabilities into useful experiences for job seekers.
What you'll work on
- Build AI-powered product experiences.
- Integrate and evaluate LLM capabilities.
- Design reliable AI workflows and application logic.
- Work with structured prompts, context, retrieval and tool-based workflows where appropriate.
- Build full-stack features around AI capabilities.
- Improve quality, latency, reliability and cost of AI features.
- Develop evaluation approaches for AI-generated results.
